Environmental Experience

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments: Conducted such to identify potential sources of contamination related to the subject site, based on historical and current activities within the subject site and adjacent lands.

Phase II Environmental Site Assessments: Based on findings of the Phase I ESA, the Phase II (sampling and laboratory testing) is completed to assess subsurface soils and groundwater conditions in the areas of  potential concern, and if present, to determine the degree and extent (depth and lateral) to which the site has been impacted.

Based on findings of the Phase II study (type, degree, extent of contamination, and potential impact to receptors), Remediation Alternatives and Risk Management Plans, including budget costs are provided.
